Property description

Highfield is an outstanding property situated in one of the finest locations in Lochcarron with views out over the surrounding mountains, hills and the bay. The property was constructed approximately nine years ago to the owner’s exacting standards and is finished to an exceedingly high specification. Among the distinctive features that Highfield offers is the lounge and dining room which enjoy magnificent views to the bay of Lochcarron. The lounge has an open fireplace. The kitchen/ breakfast room is extremely well appointed and incorporates a free standing cooker. There is a separate utility room.  The master bedroom with en suite shower room is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the front garden. The property boasts five bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have balconies facing the loch. Heating in the property is from an oil fired central heating system which on the ground floor is delivered by an under floor heating system and radiators on the first floor. The accommodation at Highfield is exceedingly flexible: it provides both a superb large family home, but it would also be possible to divide the accommodation in such a way as to form a comfortable home with a smaller apartment, subject to usual planning consents, or the property could be used for Bed and Breakfast purposes. Outside Highfield, a large gravel area allows parking for a number of vehicles and there is a detached double garage with an electric remote control roller shutter door. Situated on a large plot with expanses of grass, shrubs and trees and being south facing Highfield maximises every available hour of sunshine whilst also capturing the panoramic of views from east to west.  This is a superb home which we would strongly recommend viewing to fully appreciate.
